BUSINESS Model

We intend on a $50,000 start-up cost to pay for legal fees, application development and initial marketing.  After the first year of sales we will break even with this cost, however we are aware of other fees for salary and rent and maintenance.  With all other aspects taken into consideration, we believe we will be profitable within out 3rd year of operation by selling our software at a base price of $2,500 to each restaurant/bar and charging an annual maintenance fee of $500.
